Our projects are hands-on activities carried out with communities, schools, and farmers across Rwanda. They range from establishing tree nurseries to training in organic farming methods. Each project is designed to be locally led, environmentally sound, and socially inclusive.
Every project we run builds on the knowledge and participation of community members — because lasting environmental change only happens when people are at the center of it.

In partnership with local farmers and groups, we support the establishment of small-scale tree nurseries. These nurseries produce seedlings for reforestation, agroforestry, and fruit production, creating local jobs and improving food security across Nyanza Sector.
Through hands-on workshops, farmers learn to produce compost from agricultural waste, animal manure, and household scraps. This reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers and improves soil fertility for long-term sustainable farming.
Participants learn to prepare botanical pesticides using plants like neem, garlic, and chili. These natural alternatives are safer for farmers, consumers, and the environment — and significantly cheaper than commercial chemical inputs.
Our youth clubs engage students in hands-on environmental activities at their schools and in their communities. From tree planting to waste management projects, young people learn that they are the custodians of our planet's future.
Projects are planned and implemented with local communities, ensuring ownership and long-term relevance.
Hands-on learning enables participants to immediately apply new skills in their own farms and communities.
We promote practices that are ecologically sound and economically viable over the long term for communities.
Involving young people through clubs and activities builds the next generation of environmental leaders.
