Segatarama Jacques is an experienced community development professional with more than 12 years of expertise in promoting the socio-economic empowerment of smallholder farmers. He is a master trainer in financial literacy, business development skills, cooperative formation and management, entrepreneurship, and savings group strengthening. Throughout his career, he has successfully coached and mentored community-based organizations and savings groups, enabling members to improve financial management, increase household incomes, and build sustainable livelihoods. Recognized for his strong community engagement skills and results-driven approach, Jacques is passionate about empowering rural communities. He currently serves as a Community Mobilizer at GREEN FOR LIFE RWANDA, where he supports grassroots initiatives that foster economic resilience, sustainable development, and inclusive community growth.

Eugenie Mukarukundo
Eugenie Mukarukundo is an agroforestry professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Agroforestry and over 12 years of experience supporting rural communities in Rwanda. She specializes in agroforestry, tree nursery establishment, landscape restoration, clean energy, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has coordinated projects that promote sustainable livelihoods, environmental conservation, and climate resilience among smallholder farmers. Eugenie has extensive experience in project implementation, monitoring, capacity building, and stakeholder collaboration. As Field Coordinator at GREEN FOR LIFE RWANDA, she leads community-based restoration initiatives, empowering communities to adopt sustainable practices while improving livelihoods and protecting natural resources.

Program Manager
Pacifique NISHIMWE
Pacifique NISHIMWE is an experienced agricultural and development professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and extensive expertise in sustainable agriculture, agribusiness, cooperative development, farmer capacity building, and community-based programming. She has worked with Sustainable Growers Rwanda, USAID EjoHeza, the Canadian Cooperatives Association, RDB, and other agricultural initiatives, supporting farmers, cooperatives, MSMEs, and communities through training, mentoring, technical assistance, partnerships, and program implementation. She is skilled in leadership, communication, networking, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, with strong knowledge of agricultural value chains and sustainable farming practices. Currently, Pacifique serves as Program Manager at Green for Life Rwanda, advancing impactful environmental and community development initiatives.

Irma Girimbabazi offers over 12-year experience in various services, including leadership, management roles, monitoring and evaluation, customer services, research, and capacity building. Girimbabazi is a trained statistician who worked in several organizations where she led various activities and initiatives that have provided her with in-depth knowledge and understanding on the best practices in leadership, data management, monitoring and evaluation, and service delivery. Benon Nuwagaba
Benon NUWAGABA is a results-driven Financial Accountant with over five years of experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, reporting, budgeting, receivables, and operational finance. He currently works as an Accountant at GREEN FOR LIFE RWANDA(GLR), managing invoicing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, tax compliance, financial documentation, and audit support. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from East African University. He completed CPA Foundation Level and is pursuing CPA Intermediate Level. Benon is proficient in Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in compliance, accountability, financial controls, and operational efficiency.

Bugingo Emmanuel is a dedicated Agronomist with over 15 years of experience supporting smallholder farmers to improve agricultural productivity, food security, and sustainable livelihoods. Currently serving as a Field Officer at GREEN FOR LIFE RWANDA, he plays a key role in implementing community-based agroforestry and sustainable agriculture initiatives. He is a highly skilled master trainer in vegetable production, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and climate-smart agriculture. Emmanuel has successfully coached and mentored numerous agribusiness entrepreneurs, helping them strengthen their enterprises and increase market opportunities. TWIZEYEMUNGU JUVENS
uvins is an accomplished environmental and development professional with a strong academic and practical background in environmental engineering, water resource management, biological wastewater treatment, and sustainable development. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering, which has strengthened his expertise in environmental protection, water and wastewater management, climate resilience, natural resource management, and sustainable development.
Juvins brings a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented approach to the design and implementation of environmental and community development initiatives. His key technical competencies include water resource management, biological wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, water quality management, environmental planning, pollution control, climate resilience, and sustainable natural resource management. He also possesses strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership development.
Currently, he serves as Projects Coordinator at Green for Life Rwanda, where he contributes to the coordination and implementation of impactful environmental and community development projects. Through his technical expertise and commitment to sustainability, he supports initiatives aimed at improving environmental quality, strengthening water and natural resource management, and promoting resilient and sustainable communities across Rwanda.
